Once your Fiancée enters the U.S. and you marry, we take care of preparing the Residency Immigration case (forms, Affidavit of Support, supporting documentation), filing with the USCIS, responding to any USCIS requests, preparing your Spouse for your Residency Interview and final receipt of the Green Card.
Your case will begin with a comprehensive Legal Consultation with Attorney Caroly Pedersen to fully discuss the Immigration process and procedures involved with Fiancée Visas, Marriage Immigration and Naturalization, including advice about your particular unique circumstances, the steps and timing of the Residency process, obtaining Work and Travel Permits, a Social Security Card and Driver's License. You will also receive legal guidance about important steps you may be required to take after receiving the Green Card, including Removal of Conditional Status and applying for early Naturalization.
For couples who decide to marry before beginning the Immigration process and want to expedite the processing of the foreign spouse through the U.S. Consulate to come to the U.S. and file for residency here, our Law Firm takes care of the entire Immigration and Consular process, including preparing the Spousal and K-3 Visa Immigration case properly in accordance with Federal Immigration regulations, including Biographic and financial requirements and all required supporting documentation, filing the Spousal and K-3 Visa applications with the USCIS, responding to any USCIS requests and preparing and filing all forms and documents required by the National Visa Center and U.S. Consulate. Once your Spouse arrives in the U.S., we take care of preparing the Residency Immigration case (forms, Affidavit of Support, supporting documentation), filing with the USCIS, responding to any USCIS requests, preparing your Spouse for your Residency Interview and final receipt of the Green Card.
